Graves Wine

The Denomination of Origin Graves is located on the left bank of the Garonne River in France. In the subregion of Bordeaux, which spans 50 kilometers. It is the only region that contains the 3 main wine Bordeaux dry whites, sweet wines and red wines.

The grapes of this region are: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Semillon Muscatel. For white wines are blended Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. For most of the reds Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

The soil is rich in gravel resulting from the Ice Age. The climate is oceanic.
